Orville DeWayne (O.D.) AndersonThe strength of the Anderson organization lies in its commitment to customer satisfaction. Our employees are trained to meet your needs; our equipment is kept in top-notch condition; and safety is our number one priority, along with reliable and cost-effective transportation solutions.

The Anderson family of travel professionals has been providing Superior Travel Experiences since 1937. We are proud that our commitment to excellence has allowed us to grow to serve more than half a million guests annually.

Anderson was founded in 1937 by Orville DeWayne (O.D.) Anderson. The company’s first venture was transporting school children to and from a one-room schoolhouse in a converted panel truck. On his first day of school he went in to discuss the dismissal time of the students with the teacher. It was then that he fell in love with his future wife, Dot.

Together Dot & O.D. founded the present day Anderson Coach & Travel and paved the way for the company to become a national leader in the motorcoach industry.

Staying true to their roots, the need to service the West Salem (Reynolds School District) School Bus Contract prompted Dot & O.D. to move from their home in Mercer, PA to the company's present day location on Conneaut Lake Road in Greenville. Anderson has been safely transporting Reynolds area students since 1948!

The company has had the privilege of transporting many school students over the years through daily school transportation as well as field trips and athletic events! In 2008, Anderson Coach & Travel was awarded the school busing contract for the Conneaut School District - Linesville Attendance Area. That service grew to cover the entire district in 2013. In 2017, the company acquired the Greenville Area School District and Jamestown School District contracts as well.

Today the company is proud to celebrate more than 80 years in the transportation industry and flourishes under the leadership of Douglas Anderson, President and his sister Sue Anderson Nicklin, Vice President.
